In short
- Trovemont gives general, dated information about online stores and their offers. It is not a promise.
- Prices, stock, codes and store terms change. The store's website at checkout is the reference.
- Nothing here is medical, health, financial or legal advice. What a store says a product does is the store's claim, not ours.
- We do not test products, and we cannot promise any result or any saving.
- This disclaimer is part of our Terms of Use.
1. General information, not a promise
Trovemont is a free guide to online stores and their offers, published by Star Dream LLC. Everything on the site is general information, meant to help you decide where to shop. It is not a promise, an offer to sell, or advice fitted to your situation.
Our guides are researched and drafted with AI. Automated checks compare each guide's facts with the store's own catalog and policies and test its links. Each guide shows either "Editorially reviewed" with the date a member of our editorial team read it in full, or "Editorial review pending" until that reading happens. We work to get every fact right. A guide can still contain an error, or miss a change the store made after we read its website.
The decision to buy, and what you buy, are yours. You use the information on Trovemont at your own risk.
2. Dated information
Information on Trovemont describes what we found on the date we read it.
- Each guide shows the date it was published and, when it was updated on a later day, the date of that update.
- Prices in a guide are the prices the store displayed when we read its website. When a date appears with a price, it is the date of that reading.
- A crossed-out or "compare at" price is the store's own figure, as the store displayed it. We do not check whether the store sold the product at that price.
- A typical price range describes the store's prices in general, not the price of a given product.
- Stores change their prices, products, ingredients, sizes, stock, shipping costs, delivery times and return terms, often without notice.
When our page and the store's website disagree, the store's website is the reference. The total at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes, shipping costs, import duties and currency conversion can change that total.
Trovemont is written for readers in the United States. Some stores do not ship everywhere, and some offers apply only in certain countries or states.
3. Codes and offers
Codes and offers belong to the stores. A store can change or end an offer at any time. A code can come with conditions: a minimum order, excluded items, a first-order limit, one use per customer or an end date.
Every day, an automated check re-reads the code and discount of each store, and any change it records appears on this site by itself, with the date of the latest check shown as "Verified on". That check does not try a code at a store's checkout. What each label next to an offer means, such as "Verified on" with a date, "Not yet verified" or "Expired", is set out in our Coupons and Deals Policy.
A discount shown with an offer is the discount the store or its affiliate program stated. It is not a saving we promise. Whether a code works is decided at the store's checkout. If a store refuses a code, we cannot honor it instead. Our Purchases, Returns and Refunds page explains what to do.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing on Trovemont is medical, health, nutrition, fitness, beauty treatment, veterinary, financial, tax or legal advice. Our guides describe stores and what they sell. They do not replace a doctor, a pharmacist, a dermatologist, a veterinarian, a financial advisor or a lawyer.
- Health and wellness. See section 5.
- Money. Whether a purchase fits your budget, and whether to use a payment plan or a pay-later option when a store offers one, is your decision. The terms of that plan are set by the store and its payment provider.
- Legal terms. Our descriptions of a store's shipping, return or warranty terms are summaries. The store's own terms are the ones that apply.
5. Health, wellness and beauty claims made by stores
Some stores we present sell supplements, wellness, beauty or personal care products. They may describe what a product does for your body, skin, hair, sleep, energy, weight or mood.
- These are the store's claims. When a guide reports such a claim, it reports what the store says. Trovemont has not tested or evaluated it. Our checks compare a guide with the store's own catalog and policies. They do not test whether a product works, or whether it is safe for you.
- Most of these products are not approved by the FDA before sale. In the United States, dietary supplements and most cosmetics do not need approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before they are sold. A guide to a store we file under our Health & Wellness category shows this notice at the end of its main text: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
- Ask a professional first. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you try a supplement or wellness product, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a health condition, or are buying for a child.
- Check the ingredients. Read the ingredient list for anything you are allergic to. If a product causes a reaction, stop using it and seek medical help.
6. Product safety
The store and the maker are responsible for the safety of their products, their labels and their warnings. Before you buy for a child, check the age range and the warnings the maker gives. Before you buy for a pet, ask your veterinarian when in doubt. Recalls are published by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for most consumer products, and by the FDA for food, supplements and cosmetics.
7. No guarantee of results or savings
We do not promise that a product will work for you, that you will like it, or that you will save a given amount. Results from beauty, skin care, wellness and fitness products vary from person to person. A saving depends on the store's price and conditions at checkout.
8. Reviews and scores published by others
Reviews, ratings and testimonials on a store's website are the store's. We publish no reviews or ratings of our own. When a guide quotes a score published by a third party, it names the source and, when we recorded it, the date we read it. The score remains the source's, and we do not verify how it was collected.
9. Images and virtual models
Some images on Trovemont are made with AI, often from the store's own product photographs. They include products shown in a new setting, and products presented by Léa, Rebecca and Yuki, our AI-generated virtual models. In our guides, an image in which one of them appears says so.
- Léa, Rebecca and Yuki are not real people. They present products in our images. They do not use, test, review or recommend products, they are not customers, and they do not write our guides. Our About page introduces them.
- An image is not the product. Color, size, fit and finish can look different on screen, and an image made with AI shows a product in a setting the store did not photograph. The store's own product photos and description are the reference.
10. How we are paid
When you buy through one of our links to a partner store, the store may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. A partnership never decides what we write about a store. Our Affiliate Disclosure gives the details.
11. Sources and links
Our guides cite their sources. They link to the stores and to third parties, such as public agencies or the press. Those websites are responsible for their own content and can change it at any time. We cite sources so you can check the facts yourself.
12. If something is wrong
If a fact on Trovemont is wrong, whether a price, a term, a detail about a store or an offer shown as live after it ended, write to us with the page address and the sentence concerned. We check the report against the store's own pages and correct the guide if it is wrong. Our Editorial policy explains how.
