Trovemont is a free guide to online stores and their offers, published by Star Dream LLC, a Wyoming company. We sell nothing, and there is no account to create.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

When you buy through our links, you buy from the store, under its terms. We may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.

Offers, codes and prices belong to the stores. They can change or end at any time, and we do not guarantee them.

Use the site fairly: no scraping that ignores our robots.txt, no artificial clicks, no copying of our pages or our offers, no abuse of our contact channels.

You must be 13 or older to use Trovemont.

The site is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to US$100. Wyoming law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (the "terms") are an agreement between you and Star Dream LLC. They apply to everyone who visits or uses Trovemont, the website at trovemont.com, including its pages, its search, its redirect links and the files it publishes for search engines and AI services (together, the "site").

How you accept them. By opening, reading or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms. A link to them appears at the bottom of every page. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Pages that are part of these terms. Three other pages are part of this agreement: our Disclaimer, our Purchases, Returns and Refunds page and our Copyright & DMCA page. If one of them conflicts with these terms, these terms control.

Pages that explain how we work. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, Coupons & Deals Policy, Accessibility statement and Editorial policy describe our practices. They are not part of this agreement.

Words used in these terms. "Trovemont", "we", "us" and "our" mean Star Dream LLC and the site it publishes. "You" means anyone who uses the site. A "store" is a business whose products or offers the site presents. "Including" means "including without limitation".

Our guides are signed by the Trovemont editorial team. That team is the Star Dream team, which includes freelancers who work with us.

3. Who may use Trovemont

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. Trovemont is written for adults, and it is not directed to children under 13.

If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the site only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Most stores sell only to adults. Their own terms say who may buy from them.

Trovemont is written for readers in the United States. If you use it from another country, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you there, and some stores and offers may not be available to you.

4. What Trovemont is, and what it is not

Trovemont is a free guide to online stores and their offers. For most stores we present, we publish a guide that describes the store, what it sells and its offers, and names the sources of its facts. Some stores appear only with their offers.

It is free. Reading Trovemont costs nothing. There is no subscription and no fee.
It is not a store. We sell nothing. We have no checkout, take no payments and ship no products. We are not the seller of any product presented on the site, and we are not a store's agent. When you buy, you buy from the store, on its website, under its terms. Our Purchases, Returns and Refunds page explains what that means for you.
There are no accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to create.
Readers do not post content. There are no comments, reviews, forums or uploads. Messages you send us are not published.
We do not test physical products. We publish no reviews, ratings or rankings of our own. When a guide quotes a score published elsewhere, it names the source.
Our guides are AI-assisted. They are researched and drafted with AI. Automated checks compare each guide's facts with the store's own catalog and policies and test its links. Each guide shows either "Editorially reviewed" with the date a member of our editorial team read it in full, or "Editorial review pending" until that reading happens. Our Editorial policy gives the details.
Some images are made with AI. Many start from the store's own product photographs. Some show products presented by Léa, Rebecca and Yuki, our AI-generated virtual models. They are not real people. They do not use, test, review or recommend products, and they do not write our guides. In our guides, an image in which one of them appears says so. Our About page introduces them.

5. How Trovemont is paid

Trovemont is an affiliate site. Every store we present is a partner of Star Dream LLC, through the store's affiliate program or through a direct agreement with the store. When you follow one of our links to a store and buy something, the store may pay Star Dream LLC a commission. You pay the same price.

Paid links first go through a short redirect on trovemont.com, at an address that begins with /go/. The redirect records the click, as our Privacy Policy explains, and sends you on to the store.

A partnership decides whether a store can appear on Trovemont. It never decides what we write about the store. Our Affiliate Disclosure gives the details.

6. Your license to use the site

Subject to these terms, Star Dream LLC gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the site for your own information and for non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may:

read the site and share links to its pages;
quote a short passage, with credit to Trovemont and a link to the page;
print or save a page for your own non-commercial use;
copy a code shown on the site to use it at the store's checkout.

Search engines and AI services may access, index and use the site within the limits set in our robots.txt file, which names the crawlers we allow and the parts of the site they may not visit. The rules in section 7 apply to whoever operates them.

Anything this section does not expressly allow is not allowed. Star Dream LLC reserves all rights it does not expressly grant.

7. Rules of use

Except as section 6 allows, you agree not to:

copy, republish, sell or distribute our pages, or large parts of them, on another website, app or service, or present our work as your own;
collect our offers or codes, by hand or by automated means, to republish them in bulk on another coupon or deals website, app or service;
access the site or collect its content by automated means in a way that ignores our robots.txt file, overloads the site, or gets around a limit or block we set;
create artificial or fraudulent clicks on our links, by hand or with software, alter or remove the tracking in those links, or try to generate a commission by fraud;
use a code against the store's terms, or obtain an offer from a store by deception;
probe, test or breach the security of the site, or disrupt, overload or attack the site, its servers, its database or its service providers;
introduce viruses or any other harmful code;
frame or mirror the site, or make our content appear to come from someone else;
use our contact page or email address to send spam, advertising, bulk or automated messages, malware or phishing, to threaten or harass anyone, or to pretend to be someone else;
knowingly send us a false report, correction or legal notice;
use the Trovemont name or logo in a way that suggests that we sponsor or endorse you or your business, or that we are affiliated with you;
use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.

Security problems. If you find a security problem on the site, report it to contact@trovemont.com and do not test it further.

Enforcement. We may block, limit or suspend access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules, without notice, and take any other step the law allows.

Your right to comment. Nothing in these terms stops you from writing an honest review of Trovemont, or commenting on it, anywhere you choose.

8. Messages you send us

When you write to us, through our contact page or by email:

you confirm that what you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to send it;
we may use it to answer you, to check and correct our pages, and to keep a record, as our Privacy Policy explains;
if you send a suggestion, an idea or a correction, you keep any rights you have in it, and you give Star Dream LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual license to use it to improve the site, without payment or credit to you.

We do not publish your messages. Please do not send us confidential information, payment details or sensitive personal information, such as details about your health. We never need it.

9. Links to stores and other websites

Trovemont links to partner stores. It also links to third-party sources, such as public agencies and the press, which earn us nothing.

We do not control those websites, and we are not responsible for them. Their content, products, prices, offers, terms, privacy practices and security are the responsibility of the people who run them, and their own terms apply when you use them. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side. We are not responsible for any loss that results from your use of another website.

When you reach a store through one of our links, the store or its affiliate program may use cookies or similar tools to record that you came from Trovemont. Our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy explain what happens on our side.

10. Offers, codes and prices

Offers, codes, prices and their conditions belong to the stores. A store can change or end them at any time, including between our latest check and your visit. A code can come with conditions, such as a minimum order, excluded items, a first-order limit, one use per customer, the places where it applies or an end date.

We work to keep our pages accurate. We do not guarantee that an offer is still available, that a code will be accepted at checkout, or that a price, a discount or a product detail is still current. What the store shows at checkout controls. Whether to honor an offer is the store's decision, and we cannot honor an offer that a store refuses.

A discount shown with an offer is the discount the store or its affiliate program stated. It is not a price we set, and it is not a saving we promise.

The labels next to an offer, such as "Verified on" with a date, are explained in our Coupons & Deals Policy.

Use a code only as the store allows. If an offer or a code on Trovemont is wrong, tell us. We will check your report against the store's own pages and correct our page if it is wrong.

11. Intellectual property

What belongs to us. The text of Trovemont, the selection and arrangement of its content, its page design, its code and the images we create belong to Star Dream LLC or its licensors, to the extent the law protects them. Trovemont and the Trovemont logo are trademarks of Star Dream LLC. They are not registered trademarks.

What belongs to others. Store names, logos, trademarks and product names belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the stores we present and their products. Their presence on Trovemont does not mean that their owners sponsor or endorse Trovemont, beyond the affiliate relationship described in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Product photographs belong to the stores or their licensors. We use them to present the stores' products, in connection with our affiliate relationship with each store. Some of our images are made with AI from those photographs. Making such an image gives us no rights in the original photograph.

Facts, figures and quotations from other sources remain their owners'. The fonts and open-source software used to build the site remain under their own licenses.

Claims. If you believe something on Trovemont infringes your copyright, follow the procedure on our Copyright & DMCA page. For a trademark, a likeness, or a photograph you want credited differently or removed, write to contact@trovemont.com.

12. No warranty

The site, and all information, offers and links on it, are provided "as is" and "as available". We take care to publish accurate, checked information. We do not promise that the site or any information on it is complete, accurate, current, free of errors, secure, free of harmful code or available without interruption.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Star Dream LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We give no warranty on any store, product, offer or code presented on Trovemont. Any warranty on a product comes from the store or the maker, under their own terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Star Dream LLC, its members and managers, and the people who work with it are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or goodwill, arising from or relating to these terms or the site, including damages arising from:

your use of the site, or your inability to use it;
an offer, a code or a price that is wrong, has ended or is refused at checkout;
a purchase from a store, a product, or anything a store does or fails to do;
the content of a website we link to;
an error, an omission or a delay in the information on the site.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or the site, whatever the legal theory, whether contract, tort (including negligence) or any other, will not exceed US$100.

These limits apply even if we were told that such damages were possible, and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct, or to any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.

The site is free. These limits are part of the basis on which we make it available.

14. Indemnification

This section matters only if you break the rules. If a third party brings a claim against Star Dream LLC, its members or managers, or the people who work with it, because you broke these terms, broke the law while using the site, or infringed someone else's rights through the site, you agree to indemnify them and hold them harmless. That means you will cover the losses, damages and reasonable costs that result, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent the law allows.

We will tell you about the claim. We may control its defense, and if we do, you agree to cooperate.

Reading and using the site as these terms allow creates no such obligation.

15. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time, including by removing a store, a guide or an offer.

We may update these terms. When we do, we publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is material, we also say so at the top of this page. The new version applies to your use of the site from that date. If you do not agree to it, stop using the site.

A change does not apply to a dispute that arose before it took effect. That dispute remains governed by the version of these terms in force when it arose.

16. Governing law and courts

These terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or to the site, are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by the federal law of the United States where it applies.

Any lawsuit arising from or relating to these terms or the site must be brought only in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, and waive any objection that they are an inconvenient forum.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under a consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

17. General

Entire agreement. These terms, with the three pages listed in section 1, are the entire agreement between you and Star Dream LLC about your use of the site. They replace any earlier version and any earlier understanding on the same subject.
Severability. If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as far as necessary, and the rest stays in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce part of these terms at one time, we may still enforce it later. A waiver counts only if it is in writing from Star Dream LLC.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. We may transfer ours, including to a company that acquires Trovemont or our business.
Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as an outage of our host or another provider, a cyberattack, a natural disaster, a strike or an act of government.
Relationship. These terms create no partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us.
Third parties. No one other than you and Star Dream LLC has rights under these terms, except that the members, managers and people who work with Star Dream LLC may rely on sections 13 and 14.
Survival. Sections 8 and 11 through 18 continue to apply after you stop using the site.
Electronic communications. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, for example by email when you have written to us, and that our electronic communications satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
Headings and language. Headings and the summary at the top of this page are for convenience only and do not change the meaning of these terms. If you read a translation of this page, the English version controls.

A legal notice to Star Dream LLC takes effect when we receive it at one of these addresses. Copyright notices follow the procedure on our Copyright & DMCA page. We acknowledge a written request within 10 business days and answer it within 30 days.

To you. We have no accounts and keep no mailing list. We give notice of changes to these terms by publishing them on this page, as section 15 explains. If you have written to us, we may also answer you at the email address you used.

California residents. Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice.
