In short
- Trovemont does not sell anything. We have no checkout, take no payments and ship nothing.
- When you buy through one of our links, you buy from the store, under the store's terms.
- Payment, delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations and warranties are handled by the store. Contact the store first.
- We will never ask you for a payment or for card details.
- If an offer or code on our site is wrong, tell us. We will check it and correct our page.
1. Trovemont does not sell anything
Trovemont is a free guide to online stores and their offers. Star Dream LLC, which publishes it, sells nothing to readers:
- no checkout, no shopping cart, no payments;
- no products shipped, stored or taken back by us;
- no subscriptions, memberships or digital products;
- no fee to read a guide or to use a code.
We are not the seller of any product presented on Trovemont. We are not a marketplace, and we are not a store's agent: we cannot accept an order, make a promise or take a decision on a store's behalf.
We never see or store your payment details. Because we sell nothing, we have no refund or returns policy of our own, and there is nothing for us to refund.
2. When you buy, you buy from the store
Our links take you to the store's own website. If you buy there:
- the store is the seller. Your order, your payment and your contract are with the store, under its terms;
- the store handles payment, delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and any warranty or guarantee;
- if you sign up for a subscription or a repeat delivery, the store bills you and handles its cancellation;
- the store decides whether to accept your order, and it can refuse or cancel an order under its own terms;
- the store's affiliate program records that the sale came from one of our links, so the store can pay our commission. That record does not let us see or act on your order;
- our commission does not change your price, your rights or the store's policies.
3. Read the store's terms before you buy
Most stores link their policies at the bottom of every page and at checkout. Look for pages named "Shipping", "Returns", "Refund policy", "Terms of service", "FAQ" or "Contact".
Our guides may summarize a store's shipping and return terms, as we read them on the store's website. Stores change their terms. If our summary and the store's current policy differ, the store's policy applies.
Before you pay, check:
- how long you have to return an item, and in what condition;
- who pays for return shipping, and whether there is a restocking fee;
- which items are final sale, such as some sale items or personal care products;
- whether a refund goes back to your card or comes as store credit;
- whether a subscription or repeat delivery is included, and how to cancel it;
- where the order ships from, how long delivery takes, and whether taxes or import duties apply;
- the conditions of any code you use;
- the total at checkout.
4. After you buy, contact the store
For anything about an order, contact the store directly: order status, a late or missing parcel, a damaged or wrong item, a return, an exchange, a refund, a cancellation, a warranty claim or a payment problem.
Use the contact details on the store's website or in your order confirmation, and keep your order number at hand.
If a code was refused at checkout, you can ask the store whether it can still apply the discount. That is the store's decision.
5. How we can help
- We fix our page. If an offer, a code or a store detail on Trovemont is wrong, tell us. For a code, send the page address, the store, the code, the date you tried it and the message shown at checkout. Never send card numbers or other payment details. We check your report against the store's own pages. If our page is wrong, we correct it or relabel the offer.
- We point you to the store. If you cannot find how to reach a store we present, ask us. We will tell you where the store publishes its contact details and policies, if we know.
Write to contact@trovemont.com or use our contact page. We acknowledge your message within 10 business days and answer within 30 days.
6. What we cannot do
We cannot:
- refund, return, exchange, cancel or change an order;
- look up your order, your payment or your delivery. We have no access to the store's order system;
- honor a code or an offer that the store refuses, or pay you the difference;
- guarantee a price, stock, a delivery date or the quality of a product;
- give a warranty on a product or handle a warranty claim;
- accept a returned product. Please do not send anything to our address: it is our registered office, not a returns address;
- take sides in a disagreement between you and a store, or give you legal advice.
7. If you and the store cannot agree
Keep a record of your order and of your messages with the store. Please tell us too, so we can check that what we publish about the store is still accurate.
8. Messages that are not from us
Trovemont never asks readers for a payment, a fee, card details or a bank transfer, by email, by text message, by phone or on the site. A message that asks you to pay Trovemont or Star Dream LLC, or to give card details to claim an offer, does not come from us. If you receive one, do not answer it, and tell us at contact@trovemont.com.
9. Your rights
Your purchase is governed by the store's terms and by the law that applies to it. Nothing on this page limits your rights against the store, or any right you have with your bank or card issuer.
This page is part of our Terms of Use.
