International buyers pay "any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country," and those charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost. A package returned for an incorrect or incomplete address may carry a reshipment fee if it is sent on to a new address.

Heoxo's personalized solar address plaque is made to order at the shop's factory in China, and its listing says delivery time depends on when customization details are confirmed, in addition to shipping time. The plaque's listing also says personalization details "can no longer be changed" once production begins, and asks buyers to confirm them by email or WhatsApp after ordering.
