How do returns and exchanges work at MEVEI?

The FDA, in its Fragrances in Cosmetics page dated Feb. 28, 2022, says some components of fragrance formulas may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities in some people. MEVEI's patch-test advice is written for exactly that case: “Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.” The FDA's Cosmetics Labeling page, dated Nov. 3, 2022, says no current U.S. regulation requires cosmetic makers to print expiration dates on labels. For shelf life, MEVEI says its products “naturally last two years or longer” without preservatives.
