The shipping and delivery page offers free standard shipping on orders over $99, while the shipping policy sets rates by product group and is the policy page that details those terms. The shipping and delivery page also lists Expedited Shipping in 3 - 7 business days to the US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES and CA. Its “Express Delivery(only USA)” takes 1 - 3 business days, and both are “Calculated at checkout.” Its delivery times start when the package leaves the warehouse and exclude order processing time.

As of Oct. 5, 2026, the shipping policy charges US buyers $69.99 for standard delivery of the SL2 Turbo package. SL2 Elite ships for $79.99 and SL2 Deluxe for $109.99, each in 6-12 days. Its other rates depend on product group and destination:

Each kind of item keeps its own term. The Return & Refund Policy says “materials and after-sales parts are excluded from the return,” and it also excludes products “damaged due to improper handling or unauthorized disassembly.” For bundles containing discounted products, returns and refunds are “only possible for the entire bundle.” The refund policy page says it “cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards” and names “custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)” among non-returnable items.

Approved returns go back in the original box and packaging, by a trackable method with a valid tracking number. Refunds go only to the original payment account, and the policy notes that PayPal and credit card issuers charge bank fees that may affect the final amount.

What does the Sielux warranty cover?

Who is the Sielux engraver meant for, and how do you order?

The terms of service set out how to run the engraver safely: power it through an adapter of the 24V specification, wear goggles and protective clothing, and keep the working environment “well ventilated.” If odor and smoke appear while engraving, the terms say to use a fan or move to a spacious, ventilated place. The engraver's product page calls it “The essential tool for DIY lovers and small businesses.”

On materials, the terms say the laser cannot yet “directly engrave very hard materials such as metal, glass, ceramics, and stone,” though some can be marked after blackening with a whiteboard pen. The product page FAQ says the 10W blue laser handles surface marking on stainless steel, anodized aluminum and coated metals, and is “not designed for deep engraving or cutting into raw metals.” The same terms appear on the terms and conditions page.

The app privacy policy, updated December 17, 2024, states: “This application is not intended for minors.” It also asks users under 18 to obtain the consent of a parent or other guardian.
