Introduction
Seven Coffee Roasters sells hand-roasted coffee, whole bean or ground for press, drip or espresso brewing, plus mugs, hats and gift cards. Prices run from $18.00 for its beanie, with coffee from $18.97 to $59.98. Delivery is free within the United States, and the refund policy runs 30 days.

Seven's Current Coffee Offering gathers its blends, single origins, Hawaiian coffees and bundles, and there is plenty of variety to explore. Winter Trio spans three roast levels, from the French-roast Winter Blend to the medium Diner Blend, so you can taste across them. Dark Roast Bundle stays at the deeper end, with Espresso Huli, Roasters Choice and Winter Blend. 100% Kona Hawaiian Coffee is a fancy grade of Kona from the slopes of Holualoa on the Big Island, with toasted coconut and lilikoi notes.
Biscuit Bitch Blend, made in collaboration with Seattle's Biscuit Bitch restaurants, is the one the shop calls "Our best selling, premium hand-roasted specialty coffee." Ceramic 12 oz Diner Mug with Logo shows the Seven Coffee Roasters logo on one side and the Seven Volvo logo on the other.
The shop menu sorts coffee by roast, with "Medium Roast," "Dark Roast" and "French Roast," and by style, with "Signature Blends," "Single Origins" and "Bundle Packs." The footer prints the name "Seven Coffee Roasters & Keala's Hawaiian Coffee," and listings carry both names. Beyond the two main ranges, a 100% Hawaiian Coffee page gathers the island coffees in one place.

Seven publishes 33 products in all, so shop the full range at Seven Coffee Roasters.

The shipping page paints a picture of a working roastery: the day starts at 4 am on weekdays and runs until the roasting is finished. The shop says it roasts to order across its wholesale, retail and online sales. Saturday and Sunday are no-roast days, which is worth knowing when you time your next bag.
The site footer lists two Seattle addresses: the Seven Coffee Roasters Roastery at 11846 Des Moines Memorial Dr S, and Seven Market & Cafe at 2007 NE Ravenna Blvd. The Hawaiian side goes by Keala's, and the Kona listing states, "Seven / Keala's Hawaiian Coffee is a member of the Kona Coffee Council." Footer links also point to wholesale, fundraising and the Seven Coffee Blog.
Brew method is where the descriptions get especially useful. Espresso Huli is presented as "Perfect for espresso, moka pot, or Aeropress," while Roasters Choice is pitched for daily brewing by drip, pour over or French press. The shop suggests Decaf Brazil Cerrado for drip or espresso, or for cutting with its other coffees. Pour-over fans also get a Pour Over - Recommended Coffees page.
Want to compare by brewer? As of Oct. 30, 2026, the Espresso Coffee Sample Pack lists at $52.00 (crossed-out $56.00), while the French Press Coffee Sample Pack and Pour Over Coffee Sample Pack list at $52.00 each. For a smaller outlay, the 3-Bag Coffee Sample Pack Builder lists at $48.00 (crossed-out $65.91).

Diner Blend was originally created for the Seven Diner, and the shop calls it a tribute to the classic American diner coffee. It is made for brewing a big batch and sipping all day long. Espresso Huli is the signature espresso blend, with a creamy texture and rich crema, and it holds its own in milk-based drinks. The shop says it roasts this one within 48–72 hours of your order.
Roasters Choice takes a different approach: the shop says it "rotates frequently to feature the freshest beans and seasonal profiles," so the bag can change over time. Honolulu Hawaiian Blend is a small-batch medium roast the shop describes as full-bodied. The Dark Roast listing page shows Espresso Huli at 4.94 out of 5 from about 54 reviews, and Roasters Choice at 4.79 from about 38.
Prices as of Oct. 30, 2026. More Hawaiian options include Na Pali Hawaiian Blend, Pano Hawaiian Blend and Hapuna Hawaiian Espresso Blend, at $19.98 each. To see what else customers keep reaching for, shop the Best-Selling Coffees collection.
Ethiopia Yirgachefe is the bright one, a washed medium roast highlighted by blueberry, and the shop describes a balance between juiciness and gentleness. Sumatra Mandheling Old School heads in another direction: full-bodied and incredibly textured, lightly smoky, low in acidity and gentle on the finish. Both appear in Fluff's Favorites, a handy shortlist if you like seeing those two styles side by side.
Organic Mexico Santa Fe is one the shop calls among its most popular specialty coffees, with an almost maple syrup consistency and a naturally sweet finish. Across the whole shop, 3 of the 33 products list organic. Brazil Carmo De Minas Direct Trade has a full body, cinnamon notes and a mild lemon zest finish, and the shop describes it as naturally sweet, nutty and exceptionally smooth.
Brazil Mantiqueira de Minas is the shop's Limited Edition Micro-Lot pick, drawn from small lots of "(1000 lbs or less)" and offered online only. It grows in the Serra da Mantiqueira mountain range, with a floral aroma, creamy texture and a high acidity reminiscent of fresh citrus. A new selection comes in as each one sells out, so the coffee behind this listing can change.
Prices as of Oct. 30, 2026. Guatemala Trapichitos also lists at $18.97, and Nana's Decaf Blend at $19.98 sits alongside the Brazilian decaf, with a Decaf page for caffeine-free browsing. Pick your origin at Seven Coffee Roasters.
Fall Blend mixes the signature Roasters Choice blend with a direct-trade Kona Hawaiian coffee, and the shop describes spicy, earthy flavors, a warming aroma and a full body. Candy Cane Lane Holiday Blend balances its tropical notes with two Central American origins that bring chocolate and nut. The shop states, "We're the only roaster in the USA that reserves its limited supply of hand-picked Kona beans for its holiday blend."
Winter Blend French Roast is the Espresso Huli blend roasted over 20 degrees darker, for a dark, smooth, syrupy sweet cup. The French Roast page shows it at 4.89 out of 5 from about 9 reviews. Planning a wider holiday order? See our Craftmix guide.
Prices as of Oct. 30, 2026. Winter Blend French Roast lists at $21.97, Spring Blend at $22.97 and Summer Blend at $19.97. For the fall and holiday bags and the rest of the lineup, head to the Current Coffee Offering.
Keala's Enamel Camping Coffee Mug carries a line in its description: "Shipped for Free." The Seven Coffee Roasters Beanie has its own shipping line: the listing prints "$6 flat rate shipping fee" and "Purchase with two 12oz bags of coffee and receive free shipping." Adding it to a coffee order is the natural way to buy it. The Embroidered Logo Trucker Hat is adjustable, comes in black or red, and its description says "Free shipping."
Prices as of Oct. 30, 2026. The Online Gift Card for Seven Coffee Roasters and Keala's Hawaiian Coffee runs from $25.00 to $200.00, and the refund policy lists gift cards as non-returnable. Browse all 5 pieces in Gear & Gifts.
